Stephen
I. Mitchell is the President and Owner of Bonanza Marble.

Tom
Chapman is the Vice President and General Manager with 29
years experience in home building, cabinet installation and
marble installation. Tom has been with Bonanza Marble
for 10 years. As General Manager, Tom runs the day to
day operations including: product scheduling, planning, purchasing,
and staff management.

Jim
Demel is the Sales Manager with over 18 years experience
in the cultured marble business. He graduated with a business
degree from Southwest State University of Texas in 1980.
Jim has written a comprehensive measure manual for use as a
training guide. Jim also developed "master"
systems for several prominent production home builders.
This process allows for manufacturing and installation of cultured
marble products without the need for field measuring, thus saving
valuable lead time for the home builders.

Jack Wagner has over 30 years of experience in the cultured
marble business. Before starting his tenure with Bonanza,
Jack was a partner with Builders Specialties Inc. In 1982
Jack decided to get into acrylic tub manufacturing along with
the cultured marble. Two years later business was so good
he decided to try the spa world. In 1986, Jack sold his
business and semi-retired for two and a half years. In
1989, when he decided retirement was not what it was cracked
up to be, Jack joined Bonanza Marble.

David
Bush joined the Bonanza sales staff in October 1998, bringing
with him a strong customer service background with an inherent
ability to provide creative solutions to complicated projects.

Quality Assurance

Jose
Bonilla is the Production End Manager and has been with
Bonanza for 18 years. Jose personally supervises and inspects
each piece of marble manufactured at Bonanza.

John
Martinez is the Finishing End Manager with 8 years experience.
He inspects every marble product before it leaves the finishing
table and again as it is loaded on to one of our 13 Isuzu trucks
for installation.
